At Red Dot we believe building a strong company includes building strong families, and we are committed to providing opportunities for our employees and their spouses to find encouragement in and hope for their marriages through our Red Dot 100X Marriage Enrichment Retreats.
Jeff and Cheryl Scruggs of Hope Matters Marriage Ministries have been our guest speakers at these retreats. Through the sharing of their touching and poignant personal journey of their marriage, divorce, and remarriage, our employees have seen and experienced a beautiful model of Christ’s forgiveness and hope. Because of their unique story and their ability to share the powerful forgiveness and redemptive work of Jesus Christ, the barriers of fear begin to be knocked down for each employee and their spouse and they are able to relax into a weekend that is intended to be a time of personal reflection on the state of their own marriages, good and bad. We love that Jeff and Cheryl are so willing to spend one-on-one time with our couples throughout the weekend. They connect well with everyone and are always ready to share how there is hope for any and all marriages.
When our retreats end, our couples leave encouraged by Jeff and Cheryl’s teachings and have a deeper understanding of the calling God has for marriage and the unique relationship between a husband and wife.
