Jeff & Cheryl Scruggs
Jeff & Cheryl Scruggs, authors of numerous articles related to marriage, and the book "I Do Again", recently published by Waterbrook Press/Multnomah, a division on Random House Publishers, are the founders of Hope Matters Marriage Ministries, Inc., (a 501c3 non-profit corporation) and share their incredible story with audiences across the nation.
Hope Matters Marriage Ministries, Inc., exists because Jeff & Cheryl have a passionate desire to see marriages changed, made whole, and reconciled to God’s plan. They have lived and experienced a 10 year marriage without Christ, a 7 year divorce and a reconciled marriage in 1999.
Claiming the promise that…"by His mighty power at work within us, He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope” (Ephesians 3:20, NLT), Jeff and Cheryl have seen countless marriages made new again.
Jeff & Cheryl offer weekend marriage retreats, marriage seminars, one-time speaking engagements, and teach classes. Their testimony is often the featured sermon at large and small churches across the nation for weekend worship services. They also offer Biblical counseling through the ministry.
Hope Matters Marriage Ministries, Inc. main objective is to lead couples and individuals to the Word of God in order to teach them what God’s plan for marriage is thus giving them the best chance to live that out in the daily walk of marriage.
